A week of proper dinners from cattle that spent their lives out on the fell. Mince, braising steak, a roasting joint and two ribeyes, wrapped and labelled. The mix shifts with the season; the standard never does.
Typically: 1kg mince, 800g braising steak, 1.2kg roasting joint, 2 ribeye steaks (approx 3.5kg total).

From the farm
The butchery counter starts in our own fields. Cattle and sheep graze the fell all year, come down for winter, and are cut in the back room to order, wrapped in paper and priced by honest weights.
